All template purchases are final sale.
Because these are digital products with instant access, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted for any reason — including accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with design, or a change of mind. Once your download link or Showit share key has been provided, the transaction is considered complete and non-reversible.
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that you understand what is being purchased before checkout.
2. License & Usage
Each template includes a single-use license.
You are licensed to use the template for one (1) personal or business website only.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or transfer the template files or Showit share key to any third party.
Duplicate the design for multiple businesses, clients, or brands.
Claim the design as your own work.
If you’d like to use the same design for another project, client, or business, you must purchase an additional license directly from Sella Kelley Design & Branding Co.
3. Designer Credit (Required)
Each Showit template purchase requires visible designer credit in the website footer.
This credit must link back to:

Removing, altering, or hiding this credit without written consent is a direct violation of this agreement and Showit’s terms of use.
If designer credit is removed without permission:
Your Showit account may be reported for license violation.
Access to the shared template key may be revoked permanently.
You may lose support, updates, and reactivation privileges for all future templates.
Legal action may be pursued for intellectual property infringement and damages.
4. Repercussions for Misuse or Violation
Violating any part of this policy — including unauthorized template sharing, reselling, removing credit, or copying design structure — will result in immediate action, which may include:
Revocation of your Showit template license and removal of access to updates.
Reporting the violation to Showit for terms-of-use enforcement.
Permanent ban from purchasing future templates or services.
Potential legal action under copyright and intellectual property law, including financial penalties for damages.
Sella Kelley Design & Branding Co. reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce these terms at any time.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Templates are delivered digitally through Showit share keys or download links. Delivery is automatic upon purchase or sent via email.
Please ensure your email is entered correctly during checkout — Sella Kelley Design & Branding Co. is not responsible for undelivered files due to incorrect or outdated contact information.
6. Payment & Transactions
All payments are processed securely through the payment gateway provided at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you agree that:

Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will result in immediate revocation of access and reporting to Showit and payment processors.
